The Great Lodging is an historic house located in Anstruther, dating back to the 1500's and part of the charming East Neuk of Fife. This ancient region of Scotland is ideal for golfing and walking holidays, or if you just want to relax in the beautiful surroundings of a small Scottish village.
The university town of St Andrews, the capital of golf, is only 10
miles away and the cities of Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee are within

The Great Lodging has been recently restored to make an enviable holiday home. The three floors provide accommodation for up to eight people in four bedrooms. The house is tastefully furnished throughout and includes some period and antique furniture.
The spacious sitting room spans the entire top floor and has wonderful
views across the Firth of Forth. Free parking is available and there
is a patio and well stocked walled garden, shared with the owner in
the adjoining house, for you to relax in. Anstruther harbour and beach

A warm, relaxed and homely feel awaits with antique furnishings and many original features including quarry tiled flooring and superb open fire in the sitting room. A door from the living room leads to a private South facing patio - the large mature gardens of the main house are also there for you to walk around and enjoy if you wish.
