Bookings are by the week - Friday to Friday.
(Please contact us about shorter bookings and weekends out of season - minimum stay 3 days).
Arrivals commence from 4.00 pm onwards on the day of arrival (please inform us if will have a late arrival).
Guests are expected to leave by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Any overlap into a higher rate tariff will be charged at the higher rate for the overlap.
Linen and towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.
Children must be 5 or over.
No smoking or pets.
